Join us for an evening of storytelling, laughter, and community at Bike Love Open Mic! Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist, a casual rider, or just love a good story, this is a space to share your experiences, adventures, and bike-inspired tales.
This event is a fundraiser for 2nd Cycle, supporting our mission to make biking accessible for all in Tacoma. A suggested donation at the door helps keep our wheels turning, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
No ticket required—just bring your love for bikes and a great story to share! 🚲❤️
Tacoma Social Justice Tour
Join us for a powerful and engaging ride through Tacoma's history and ongoing social justice movements. This 2-3 hour guided tour will start at 2nd Cycle and take participants through the Hilltop Neighborhood, the historic Prairie Line Trail, and downtown Tacoma before returning to 2nd Cycle. Along the way, we'll make a dozen stops, each featuring brief but impactful storytelling moments that highlight Tacoma's rich and complex history of resilience, activism, and community strength. This is more than just a ride--it's an opportunity to connect, learn, and reflect. This will be a slow and social ride over a distance of approximately 5 miles. This ride will be hosted by community volunteers Lyle Quasim and Richard Woo.
